Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to AegisPDF Pro purchases — both the one-time Lifetime license and the recurring Subscription. AegisPDF is operated by Mitikasha LLC.

2. Payment Processing

All AegisPDF Pro payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. Charges on your statement may appear as "Lemon Squeezy" or "LMSQUEEZY."

3. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window on both Pro plans:

  • Lifetime license: request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Subscription: request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid invoice. You may cancel at any time; after cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Additional Eligibility

Beyond the 14-day window, we will also provide a refund for:

  • Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or a charge after cancellation), we will promptly refund the erroneous charge.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Lifetime licenses requested more than 14 days after purchase
  • Subscription billing periods after the 14-day window (you may cancel to stop future charges)
  • Renewal charges, where you had the opportunity to cancel before the renewal date
  • Accounts or licenses terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your purchase receipt. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period; no partial refund is provided for unused time outside the 14-day window.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@mitikasha.com with the email used for the purchase and the reason for your request.
  2. Include your Lemon Squeezy order ID or license key if available.
  3. We aim to review and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, returned in the currency originally charged.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
